I ordered the Lacemade mystery blind bag and absolutely loved it! The pieces were gorgeous and matched the aesthetic perfectly. I did notice that the sizes were a mix of XS and M even though I ordered S, but luckily everything still fit me comfortably. Overall, the surprise aspect was really fun, the quality is beautiful, and I’m happy with my purchase.
I LOVED THE DRESSES AEOHRFOAIEHRGFAHERGSo it's on the pricier side for a dress, which is understandable because of the quality of the dress, the lace details and the corset. For me (who lives in japan and ordered from the japanese official site) it took around 2 weeks to arrive, and even though I wasn't home on the day it delivered (because I sadly had work on the day and couldn't stay home), they redelivered on the next day which made me super happy! I ordered the Petrea Volubilis Corset Dress and the Bloom in Coral Island Corset Dress, and the petrea dress is more of a casual PRETTY GORGEOUS dress and the bloom dress is THE dramatic PRETTY GORGEOUS dress. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AS A TREAT FOR YOURSELF OR FOR A SPECIAL SOMEONE!!! I recommend buying one size smaller than your usual size tho :D
I have been trying to cancel my order for 3 weeks now and have not heard back from any customer service. This website is a scam. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. My order number is #143343, please just cancel my order.
Update on a review (order 135632) I posted almost 2 weeks ago, my new dresses were on the way and I have been tracking religiously. I will give credit to Lacemade after the initial review they did reach out and send the new dresses right away and even offered a discount for the trouble. However the ease on my worries ended there. My dresses are stuck on the “delivered to local carrier” status on YunExpress and USPS says they do not have it. The first order i guess was used with a different carrier called GOFO and was delivered in less than 5 days. USPS in my area is notorious for keeping packages hostage. Not too sure why they changed carriers. I tried emailing again to get any information about where my dress might be. My engagement party is happening in 2 days and still no dress or response. Beginning to feel a bit hopeless and this is my only shot at getting some answers.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- My nightmare of an experience with this company started around the end of September when I ordered a small dress and received a shipping notification that said an xs was on its way (I know I ordered a small because I took my measurements right before buying). I immediately sent an email to customer service and did not ever get a reply, so I bit the bullet and bought ANOTHER $100 dress (size small again) with expedited shipping because I needed it for a wedding. Then, the dress did not come in the expedited time frame, and so I emailed customer service and sent multiple DMs to their instagram requested a refund for the expedited shipping amount. The month is nearly over and I have yet to get a response from this company about either of these issues. I’m pretty sure this is a scam company, do not take your chances buying an overpriced dress, because if there is anything wrong you won’t be able to get in contact with anyone. Steer clear.
I buy 2 dresses they were so beautiful and I love them unfortunately they were small on me. I returned them and honestly they made process smooth and fast and they keep communication with me! Honestly good quality and customer service
I have always had a good experience. Sometimes the dress was too small, but I understand the cultural size difference. Occasionally, the product differs from the picture, but there hasn't been any big enough to make me want to return the items. Loved my mystery bag. There were things that looked beautiful on me i wpuld never had chosen for myself.
Compared to the bad reviews, I actually love the brand and their service! So far all of my issues have always been solved and my emails being replied within a few days☺️ all it takes is a little patience from all the princesses, to be polite and and read reviews of clothes before purchasing so as to avoid wrong sizing returns! That aside they've even gave me a discount code and little gift just because I had a missing accessory on the dress huhu 💓 I've been in the WhatsApp group in the past and now discord, the ladies help to make the environment even more fun and cheerful~
