Let’s begin with the less favorable aspects of my experience: I mistakenly ordered the coat in white instead of black. The processing was swift, and it was marked as "in delivery" by the next day. Despite reaching out to the support team through various channels within 5 minutes of placing my order, I received no response for 6 days, despite their promise of a reply within 48 hours. I’m frustrated that there’s no option for customers to edit or cancel an order once it’s marked as "confirmed." With no way to change my order, I ended up placing another order for the coat in black. This order remained in "confirmed" status for nearly 3 weeks because I received a free gift that went out of stock, which put my order on hold until it was restocked. This is quite frustrating, as I only wanted the coat. They did offer to substitute the gift to expedite my order. The quality of customer support leaves much to be desired, and the response times are excessively long. On a positive note, the packaging is lovely and of high quality. However, the sizing chart was misleading; the XL size I thought would fit perfectly is a bit loose in the corset area, meaning I have to alter it to achieve the look shown on the website. Overall, the coat is well-made and warm enough for -10°C with just a dress underneath. Despite the lengthy wait for my order, it ultimately proved to be worth it, and I plan to order more clothing in the future.
