The quality of the dresses is extremely disappointing. They do not match the images at all. If you order two or more, you might find just one that looks similar to what is advertised. I also had a frustrating experience with the support team. There was a lack of empathy, and I waited over two months for a refund without any goodwill gesture. Customer service was nonexistent! I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.

Each piece I’ve received is even more beautiful in person! It’s rare to find such high quality these days. The surprise bag was incredibly enjoyable! The value of the three pieces inside far surpassed the price I paid. It felt like Christmas morning opening the bag to see my items. I got three beautiful dresses, all from current or recent collections, and none of them were duplicates. I definitely should have ordered more than one. Next time, I absolutely will! The only downside is that shipping is quite slow, and the communication through the platform has been vague, without providing a clear estimated arrival time.
