CHATBOTS NO LIVE HUMANS FOR ASSISTANCE

Their delivery drivers will sometimes get confused with directions and deliver goods to the wrong address. when you call lazada, no one will pick up except chatbots. avoid and use shoppee instead!

Beware of Lazada

Beware of Lazada! I was a good customer until they treated me like a liar and a thief. The courier or the warehouse has lost the parcel I paid for. Lazada cheated me and never took responsibility for your own policies. I have tried to remain Lazadas customer for more than two month. They kept on sending me nonsensical messages, asking repeatedly the same questions, which I always answered with no result. I have called Lazada customer care, which doesn't care, many times and sent a lot of messages, wasting a lot of time and money. They proved to be not interested to solve any problem, taking responsibilities, follow their own policies and to keep me as a customer.Lazada is a completely untrustworthy and unreasonable business!

LazMall Safe, Non-LazMall sketchy

Ordering via LazMall is the only safe way to go. Returned a defective eletronic item thru LazMall and was then refunded. Set your doubt to about 40% when the items are not LazMall. Otherwise, better than Shopee.
