My parcel is out for delivery and then rider contacted me saying they dont have any rider for today, why update it to out for delivery when its not OUT FOR DELIVERY THEY EVEN ASK ME TO JUST PICK IT UP POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI USED TO LOVE LAZADA BUT NOW I WILL NOT RECOMMEND USING IT
I have been a platinum customer for a long time. I seem to get human customer service very easily, but it can take several attempts to get a competent agent who reads and provides reasonable solutions and does not just disconnect. I ordered a big trampoline for about ₱8000 that arrived very insufficiently packed. both ends of the packing were broken open and to my astonishment small parts inside had no additional wrapping. Unsurprisingly some probably fell out and were missing. It was a serious mistake not to order this COD so as to require the courier to wait for checking before payment and to then require the shipper to directly return it by refusing payment. I have almost always paid upon ordering. Seems like Lazada wants me to stop. There must be 8 of the main T brackets which are essential to assemble it. These are not at all accessories as the seller pretends and Lazada is trying to force me to accept. They have rejected my refund request "items missing from the package" as incorrect reason and told me I have to try again selecting "missing accessories or freebies". There were only 5 main T brackets in the package. So it cannot be assembled and is just so much junk. There should be 72 springs as but there are only 67. The seller finally said they would try to send the missing parts eventually, but only words no evidence they are actually doing anything. It was certainly just manipulation so that I would not return it and would not be able to return it after the 14 day return window closed. Now Lazada is blocking the return by only providing J&T Express which refused to ship it. Lazada says I have to self arrange the return. I estimate this will cost me ₱3-4k. They offer to refund only ₱350. The terms are FREE return. Given that they are already effectively ignoring all their terms of service and the problems others have had with self arrange, I must be concerned that they would still refuse to refund. The seller is a LazPick. Lazada is also featuring nutritional supplements that they have been made fully aware are imitation, fake products that only contain cooking oil.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! In the Philippines, they only cater to folks in Metro Manila. Outside of that area, people are screwed. Delivery couriers are awful, awful, awful.Still waiting on a product I ordered December 3. Have called customer support TWICE. Usually get an agent that speaks so damn fast you can't understand what they are saying. Tonight, got a notice on their app that my case was RESOLVED...yet...I never got any update of any kind, never told when they will deliver it, no refund given (it's owned by Alibaba, and the Chinese never give up a pesos unto death), nothing. Then, when I used their option to reopen the case, when I pressed "submit", it states "Submission failed". They never deliver on time. App and website are confusing and constantly getting notices from them, even when turning notifications from the app off. Many of the sellers are good people but the company itself is nothing but a bunch of thieves. But again, that's all one can expect from Chinese companies these days...crap, crap and more crap. I can assure you I'll NEVER order from their site again.
I placed an order on Lazada on December 11 with a promised delivery date by December 17. Without any explanation, at that exact date at night, the delivery date was changed to December 20. I contacted customer service through a case/email, but they immediately closed it. Then when I reopened it, I only received repetitive “updates” with no new or useful information. Two days ago was the supposed delivery date, yet there has been no progress. This is especially frustrating because the item is expensive, and I’ve been holding onto unused money at home while waiting for the delivery. In conclusion, I won't be buying from Lazada or pick their LEX PH Courier ever again regardless if this even gets delivered or not.
Products delivered are usually of poor quality and frequently missing items Customer Service is a farce and the refunds are not in money but in Lazada Wallets that cannot be activatedWhen you finally activate Lazada Wallets they clear the refund to 0 and remove the messages Its just a SCAM factory Avoid it and save your time temper and cash
