Very disappointing quality and service

Extremely poor quality; previously, the company offered great furniture. I could find better options elsewhere and have been waiting six months for repairs. The couch is only two years old. The repair service refused to help, stating the subcontractor couldn't resolve the issue because "the bolt won't come out." I'm appalled.

Concerns about leather quality

I bought a recliner for over $3000, advertised as all leather. Four months in, the headrest leather is wearing off, raising doubts about its authenticity. I'm currently dealing with warranty support, which is taking a long time; we'll see how it goes.

New sofa showing wear

My very expensive sofa is only three months old and already showing pilling and wear. Customer service advised using a fabric shaver, claiming it wouldn't harm the fabric, but I worry about damaging it further. No other solutions were provided.

Issues with recliner functionality

I bought a recliner with heat and massage features, but the massager has been sticking in my back. Although a technician added more cushion, the issue persists. After some back and forth, they ordered a new back for me to install. Now the heating function is broken, and customer care wants me to pay for repair service. I spent over $2000 and refuse to pay more. I wouldn't recommend this furniture.

Poor quality furniture

Problems with electric lift recliners

I purchased two electric lift recliners nine months ago, and both stopped working around the same time. A tech call led to parts being ordered, but the service scheduling is unacceptably slow. Avoid this furniture brand

If you want to waste thousands on subpar furniture, this is the place. There’s a reason this brand has faced lawsuits and other stores are now offering what used to be considered high-end. The quality has deteriorated significantly. We regret our choices and wish we had opted for more affordable options that last longer.

Design flaw in recliner

This product suffers from a significant design flaw. I've owned two recliners and one cheaper model; the latest electric one has an operating switch located uncomfortably far back. After a shoulder injury, I can't even reach it. A better solution would be to have a pull-out switch accessible to both right and left-handed users.
