I absolutely adore this handbag and am eager to get another one soon! The style and quality are fantastic. However, this review focuses on the service I received. When I reached out through the general contact link on the website, I got a response within hours from a representative offering assistance. When it seemed my package might not arrive in time for an important event, I reached out for help, knowing companies often have little control over shipping. The representative checked on the status and kept me informed. They even followed up to ensure I was satisfied once my bag arrived. Much of our communication occurred on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, demonstrating a level of personal service that is rare.
I got the Soho bag and really happy with it. For being under €300, the quality of bag, dustbag and box are really good. Lisa from the company also very helpful when there was a slight shipping issue. Great customer service, I’m eyeing the Thais bag next!
I love the bag but, the constant ads on social media after I purchased it, made me feel like it's lower quality than I thought when I bought it. I found it on Google initially. I have been bombarded with ads after the fact. Too many ads cheapen the brand. I was happy with the quality once it arrived but, the ads are awful and cheesy.
