AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Agree with what others say. You have to buy the lead to find out you can't make contact, then when you report it they claim it was verified - how? The prices have increased and I have lost hundreds of pounds in recent months through uncontactable, so called verified leads.

Don’t use this company is a waste of money and time , they sell you very poor leads , which sometimes you will not be able to even make contact and they pretend you to pay anyway

Terrible service that don’t care They just want the money

They want 500 pound Then you can’t see a potential customer’s name I asked Then to change it I bought 10 leads and nothing but time wasters and tyre kickers wanting a cheap cheap price If you want leads go elsewhere

Awful company won’t be using again…

Awful company won’t be using again after around 2 years was always really good and positive. The last 6 months I’ve wasted thousands of pounds from poor leads. 7 out of 10 you can’t even make contact and that’s trying calls email and text. They say it’s not their fault and have no understanding when I’m asking how they validate leads and if I can’t make contact do they try to see when and why the customer changed mind. Don’t use them since they was taken over it’s a mess

Don’t throw your money away

A great place to throw your hard earned money down the drain on extremely poor quality un-verified leads. Don’t waste your money. You’ll not find decent leads here. Was ok a few years back but consistently declined over time. Changed their name last year so probably bought out. Now objective is to grab as much cash as possible from contractors. We’ve now pulled away.

BoilerGuide is a waste of money now

BoilerGuide used to be a good company but since they have been bought out by lead.io they are a joke. The leads are unverified and charged at nearly £50 each regardless of whether you can contact the customer. If you do manage to get hold of a genuine customer they expect a quote over the phone without you even looking at the job. Save you money and use alternative companies.

This company will charge you for a lead…

This company will charge you for a lead even though you cannot contact the customer. Avoid at all cost as there are other reputable lead generators that other you a no risk, money back guarantee if no contact. What a rip you off. Avoid!!!!

I recently had a negative experience with Leads.io, a company offering lead generation services. While I cannot definitively comment on the quality of their leads themselves, as I ultimately did not engage with their services, my interaction with their sales team left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.Unprofessional and Unfriendly Communication:My initial contact with Leads.io was through their sales team. Unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The communication lacked professionalism and was, at times, outright rude. Instead of engaging in a genuine conversation to understand my needs and the potential fit between their services and my business, the representative employed an aggressive sales tactic, pressuring me to commit to a pre-paid package without fully addressing my questions or concerns.Prepayment Requirement Raises Red Flags:The insistence on prepayment for all leads was a major red flag. Legitimate lead generation companies typically offer various payment options, allowing clients to pay per lead or after a trial period to assess the quality and effectiveness of the leads. This upfront payment demand, coupled with the unprofessional sales approach, gave me the strong impression that Leads.io might not be a trustworthy company.
