Overall, the experience is great. I enjoy driving the subaru forester everyday during my stay in Iceland, however, the Subaru Eyesight safety system on the Forester that I rented seems to be malfunctioning. It only works 1% of the time, I guess it is due to a possible windshield replacement previously. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it will definitely be nicer and more convenient to have the Subaru Eyesight system active during long road trips, since the cruise control system is integrated into the Eyesight system in Subaru cars.
Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The whole rental process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful – they explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable before driving off.
We rented a Dacia Duster and it was a great choice. The car was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It drove perfectly and handled all road conditions without any problems. Exactly what we needed for our trip.
Pick-up and drop-off were both easy and efficient, with no hidden fees or surprises. Everything was transparent and well organized.

Our experience with this rental company was really good. I initially rented a van because I was unsure about luggage space and when we arrived, they actually let us try to put our luggage in a nicer car (I was really impressed with that). They looked over our itinerary & gave recommendations which were all good. Appreciate the service and them going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

The renting process was very easy and smooth. After we were picked up at the airport in the evening we were driving our car in 10 minutes time. Our whole roadtrip was great and we got to see many places with our car. Also the return was quick. Thank you GO car rental.
Arni what a guy.We’ve been to Iceland before and rented cars and had a good experience. Go car rental company and specifically Arni gave outstanding customer service!! From advice on the vehicle to where to beat the crowds and get some delicious local Ice cream he just went above and beyond. Arni really cared about our experience and started our trip off on a high. He was: Super helpful, Down to earth, Full of great tips & advice, Totally trustworthyHe went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted. Arni is a true asset to the company.
