Frustrating experience with the quiz.

I completed their quiz that promised a personalized recommendation. Then, I filled it out again, providing answers that were the complete opposite of my first responses. This feels like typical AI-generated nonsense. While AI may revolutionize the world, the initial changes seem to mirror poorly made digital products. Unfortunately, if you sign up, recurring charges will be deducted from your account monthly, until you can either manage to stop the payments (as evidenced by the one-star reviews) or initiate a chargeback with your bank. It's disheartening how much AI is being misused in this manner. This is just one of many dubious offerings using AI to produce meaningless content. I plan to share a video of my quiz experience and verify the responses with an AI text checker. For those interested, check out a related post on social media. Unauthorized charges after cancellation.

I had a negative experience with the app after subscribing on October 26 and being charged the advertised fee. However, that same day, my account was charged an additional amount without any clear explanation. I promptly canceled my subscription. Despite this, I was charged again in the following months, even though I had canceled and did not use the service at all. The usage history shows no activity. When I logged in again, my profile remained active, and there was no option to cancel the subscription, which is concerning. Customers should always have the right to easily cancel a subscription. I no longer wish to use this service and am requesting a full refund for all charges incurred after cancellation. I share this experience to raise awareness among other users.
