I’m very disappointed. I accidentally subscribed the service - you can only see the clothes after submitting your card details - so I decided to try it. It took more that two weeks for my closet to arrive. The returning policy is not very clear as well as the unsubscribing - you have to write them asking for it. Then they say you have to return your closet first - fine. I sent it more than a week ago and they are still charging and not accepting my unsubscrition until they get the closet even after three emails asking for it. Very dishonest - how is it possible to have a closet for a month if it takes two weeks to come and two weeks to send it back? Not worth it.
The clothes were nice, though… and the concept is amazing, but it’s just dishonest…

Would definitely recommend

Beautiful clothes. I feel very stylish since I started with lecloset. Though using it in the Netherlands, there are some small hiccups. The app doesn’t work here yet, and the deliver takes a while longer. The costumer support is very kind! I would definitely recommend!

A fantastic service and experience

A fantastic service and experience! I've been using Le Closet for about 6 months and I can't fault it. It's a great way to save space in your wardrobe, add colour to your outfits without the commitment. On the odd occasion I've had a query about my shipment the customer service team is extremely helpful and efficient. I'd highly recommend.

Does what they say they do.

I've been using le closet for a few months and I'm enjoying it. I find that I rent clothing I would never have bought outright, but sometimes I end up liking it more than I expected and wanting to buy it to keep it. It's always a guess as to how much they will charge you for the item if you want to keep it - I've bought things from a wool jumper at €175 (basically full price) through to a puffer jacket for €15. Their sales are also good, I've bought a few (second hand) items at €10 and under. Giving 4 stars because the post is quite slow to the Netherlands, and the range of clothing could be a bit wider and a bit more on-trend.

Forced order

I created an account just to browse around. Kept getting calls and emails from them asking if I wanted them to choose my clothes. After the first no, I would not pick up the phone anymore, I work 9-5 and do not have time to answer them while in the office. A month later I get an email saying my order was accepted. I never put in any order, so I emailed to get it cancelled. I also wanted to cancel my subscription. The response was to try it and then they would cancel it. They said it was already sent, which I now went to see the status of the order and it was still being processed on their end. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got this confirmation of order sent to me. A great idea for a business, but please don’t shove it down people’s throats. Never heard of anyone placing orders for clients.

This is being more stress than helpful. Really do not recommend.

Looks great, but there is no easy information on how to return the clothes in the website.I am almost on my due date ans trying again to reach out to customer service to get some guideline.They only replied in french (its okish, I had to translate, but fine). And no information at all. They sent a link that I cant open!PLEASE HELP I AM ALMOST IN MY DUE DATEThis is being more stress than helpful. Really do not recommend.

I love Le Closet

I love Le Closet. It is a great platform, it enables me ti have fun with my style while I don’t feel responsible for over consuming fast fashion. I also love that I can purchase pieces that stand out to me after I use them for a month.

Be aware that you will only be able to see what you can rent if you pay for the subscription. So if there is nothing for you or you don’t like the concept after all, your money is wasted.
