The rental aspect is interesting but the the shop part of it isn’t too great. If you buy something and you want to return it, it’s very difficult to do so and then they do not reimburse you what you paid to your bank, they give you credit to use on their website…..
I think it is a nice idea with borrowing clothes. However, I somehow I accidentally signed up and got charged without knowing it and also signing out is not super straight forward. Despite that customer service is very friendly and refunded me the money. In practice I realised I don't have enough time at the moment to pick clothes every months. I could try it at a later point when with more time.I received quite a lot of emails when signed up as well as phone calls which is maybe a bit exaggerated.
I used to over spend in clothes. I like to try new styles often but for me the cost/wear was not really doing the math. Terrible for my budget and not very environmentally friendly either. Le closet is such a fun experience and for me it really erased the itch to do online shopping for new clothes. Now I just rent them. Also the costumer service is great!
