Absolutely shocking - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely shocking. Bought a smart ring which I want to return because it’s uncomfortable. So far I’ve exchanged 12 emails with Lenniemart where they’ve asked me to offer the ring to friends and family, replace it with a bracelet and they still haven’t provided details for me to return it. This is a complete scam. Do not buy from them.

They won't accept a return purchase from me because "I have opened the package and they will now have to throw it away" I've opened the package to see a cheap replica of a Health bracelet - haven't even taken it out of the box.
Really spend your money somewhere else and if you are lucky enough to get them yo accept a return - you need to send it back to China at your expense also paying the customs fees and insurance and reading between the lines they won't accept delivery so you'll get no refund.
Chinese company offering shocking goods.

Same as all of the others!

Same as all of the others - my partner ordered a smart band and it was defective. Tried to return it within their 14 day return and refund guarantee window and they are refusing a return. We will be reporting to trading standards as everyone else has but in the mean time it appears these guys will continue to scam people.

DO NOT BUY! The product doesn't do accurate reads. When you try to return it they'll charge refund fees, post,... their customer support doesn't really support you. AVOID! Buy somewhere else. Waste of money!

Getting a Refund Was Way More Complicated Than It Should Be

I cancelled my order within the company’s stated 6-hour cancellation window and before the parcel entered courier delivery. Despite this, I was repeatedly told a percentage fee would be deducted. The fee changed several times (15%, then 10%, then 8%) with different explanations given.Courier tracking later showed the parcel was collected many hours after my cancellation, contradicting the claim that it had already shipped. The company continued to rely on a policy clause relating to cancellations during delivery, which did not apply in this case.As I had paid with my Credit Card I kept referring to section 75 and how I would retrieve it through my provider The website presents itself as a UK (.co.uk) business but shows no physical address, and responses only arrived during very early-morning UK hours, making resolution difficult.After a week of persistence and refusing to accept partial refunds, a full refund was eventually issued and received.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Purchased a smart ring. Decided it wasn’t for me. The tech is questionable. Felt uncomfortable to wear also. Many many many emails later I am still no closer to returning the ring. Constant delay tactics. Offers of laughable discounts. Asking me to consider letting a family member have the ring! Telling me how popular the ring is and how brilliant the tech is. I’m still waiting on the return address. Save yourself money and time. Terrible company!

Dodgy, dont buy anything from these guys. Show all over their website its a 14 day return policy......yeah, it is.....post back to China with insurance at your own cost(even though its come from uk) and only if it's not open. Push and push offering you shit reductions to keep it. Ignore all the articles praising.....avoid

I echo the other reviews. AVOID!!! Paid £129 for a fitness band which was not worth the money. Researched best buy website which was obviously fake. The website states .co.uk, no indication it is china based. I too have reported to trading standards.

Nightmare company need to be closed down

I ordered this also using the fake link on techlader, and it arrived quickly. At no point did it appear to come from China...I was bought another frame for Xmas and it was loaded, and so have been trying to return this one. They keep offering me discounts, and won't give me a return address. Following from a review on here, I emailed them again, now they are saying the same, restocking fee, insurance plus, plus plus....what a nightmare. I paid via Amex so will be taking it up with them to see what they can do. Nothing on their website made me think it was rouge or was a non UK Company.
