The transfer from the airport was easy, but only one representative at the desk caused delays. The brand new vehicle was a plus, but the 18 Euro cleaning fee felt misleading. If you opt out, you risk being charged 36 Euro if the car isn't up to standard. At night, cleaning the car is not feasible, especially after driving through muddy conditions. I've used this service frequently, but this experience left me hesitant to return.
