I’ve had positive experiences with LensDirect in the past and have always loved all my glasses! Unfortunately there was a mistake made on my recent lenses - so I reached out through email to see what could be done. I was very satisfied with their customer happiness rep KWASI who was quick to follow-up w/ me, walked me through the troubleshooting process and was helpful, professional and supportive along the way. Looked to this vendor for my repeated contacts, and they were$20 higher than others?
Just what do these companies expect of customers? We are usually dedicated to them when we get a product at a reasonable cost. You would assume that a company like this would want customers to be loyal. Can't happen when you price-gouge.

I ordered lens replacement lenses for two pairs of frames. First of all, my frames took forever to come. Well over 1 month. Then the upgraded coating that I paid for that’s advertised as smudge resistant (among other things), my lenses smudge all the time! This is frustrating. The customer service isn’t any better. My issue was passed off to three different people (I’m not even sure they were human) and one of them addressed me as a name that’s not even mine. So frustrating!
Dion my customer representative was very helpful in resolving my lense problem in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous in his communications with me. He made sure j understood what I needed to do to help resolve e my issue.
Sari was wonderful… I have to admit I was doubtful about talking through chat and then talking on the phone, but it seems that I had the same person who carried me throughout the whole process. Sari was so helpful and so kind. Sari went above and beyond meeting my expectations.
After dealing with a handful other companies to get a contact script refilled I found lens direct to come through with the best customer service and they were the most cost effective. Kwasi was professional, friendly, and fast. My prescription document was not uploading the way that was needed and they were patient and provided the feedback necessary to complete the task and get my contacts on the way. Thanks again!
Rissa was very helpful. She took care of me immediately and made sure everything was okay. She had an excellent response time. Unfortunately I had someone named Nyah that was assisting me before, was no help at all and was very dismissive of me and would not answer so I really appreciate the help from Rissa :)
The first cut of my lenses didn't turn out right, and my doctor tweaked my prescription just a bit because of it. LensDirect made it right by recutting the lenses at no charge. Sari was super helpful and professional in getting me taken care of!
