The sales lady ( Amanda ) at the Windsor store location was very helpful, patient and helped us find the perfect love seat for our needs. She answered all of our questions and followed up with us on the phone to close the sale, as well as, provide the information on the 5 year warranty, which we purchased.
The delivery team was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided useful notes and instructions on when to plug in the new fridge, along with reminders for potential defects and next steps. I genuinely appreciate their assistance and service. Great work, team!

Dealing with this store has been a nightmare! Both the couch and chair I ordered arrived defective, and the replacement process has been incredibly frustrating. The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. Despite following all their instructions, including sending photos and making calls, it was a total mess. They agreed to replace the chair, but the delivery was over 45 minutes late, with no updates or notifications. I had to call the store for information. There was no apology, just dismissive comments about the situation. We missed an appointment due to their delays and lack of communication. They are still refusing to replace the couch, and after weeks, I’m still waiting for a resolution. I asked to speak with a manager but have little hope of getting a response. Their customer service seems designed to frustrate customers into giving up. Beware of shopping here if you want quality service or products. The delivery team was pleasant and hardworking, which is the only positive aspect of this experience. Update: The Operations Manager suggested the defect was due to pet damage, which is absurd. The defect doesn’t resemble that at all, and their attempts to deflect blame weeks after I reported the issue are unacceptable.
I’m shocked this company is still operating. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in years. I bought a new TV at a high price, only to find it advertised for less shortly after. Despite my efforts, they refused to refund the difference and blamed an ad for the confusion. The TV started flickering just days after installation, and when I called for help, I was told all sales are final. I was directed to the manufacturer, which is unacceptable given that I had just purchased it. This was my first and last purchase here. Think twice before buying anything; there are many other stores with better service and return policies. Avoid this place at all costs.
I can't believe it. I recently purchased a TV from this store but faced issues with pairing the remote and downloading apps, causing frequent freezing. Technicians confirmed that the TV is incompatible with the remote. I wanted to return the TV, but to my surprise, the store has no return policy. Unbelievable! I will never shop here again, as it seems you can't return anything if there's a problem.
The warranty from this store is a waste of money and feels like a scam. I had a washing machine that required repairs, but the technician merely guessed what was wrong and deemed it unfixable after weeks. Instead of a comparable replacement, I was offered store credit, which is unsatisfactory as they keep any excess if the new unit costs less. I will no longer shop here after many years of patronage. This will be their loss.
I ordered a mattress with a promised delivery in a few days, but was later informed it would be delayed by another 10 days. When I attempted to cancel, I was told to go to the store for a refund. Upon visiting, I learned the refund process would take 12 to 30 days because I purchased online. After escalating the issue, I received my refund in 2 days. Additionally, I received multiple calls trying to sell me a mattress protector despite clearly stating I was busy.
