They delivered only the shade portion of my light and did not include the hardware or cord for the actual light part. Now because it's past 30 days since they delivered one portion of my order, they want me to pay more to receive the rest. Scam. Do not order. I will be reporting to the BBB
This is the worst company and I will never order from them again. I ordered a simple small vase for Christmas, it's now January 3rd, they lost my item, then they found it, and they use a delivery company that isn't able to access lobbies, so in general - it's just a headache. Do not order from them!
This company is a SCAM and will be reported to my states attorney general's office. The items I received are cheap garbage from China. The products were so bad that I reverse imaged searched the products I ordered, and other products on Letifly.com, and ALL of there stuff is resold trash from a Chinese website called Aliexpress. I should have known better than to order from a shady website that markets "70% off" all of there stuff.I tried to return the garbage I received, but they gave me the run-around and actually make customers pay to return stuff, and most of their stuff is non-returnable.The five star reviews here are CLEARLY fake and written by the scammers that run this fraud. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!
DON'T buy from this company! I wish i would have read these reviews before. I received my lights, and they are TERRIBLE quality and don't match the colors as shown on the website. We have had emails back and forth correspondence and they will not return OR give me a credit at their store. Try to call their customer service and "no one" is EVER available to take a call. When I ask to have a manager review, they ignore. BEWARE!!!!!
I spent $550 for four LED Table Top lights that are suppose to be rechargeable. The material was not high end, the product looked very cheap. They arrived charged but stopped working after the initial charge. Even after being plugged in for a week, none of them will recharge and while their customer service representative responded apologetically, she said they will not accept any refund because of the time period. I just want them to replace with what they advertised, this sort of company will really make me think twice about purchasing online.
Bought several lights from them, they were very expensive for the quality of lights that we got. The aluminium is really flimsy. We liked the design, so we decided to keep them. However, we were missing parts for multiple lights and the wires for the pendant lights had the factory where they were manufactured in clearly printed all over. I contacted customer service only to get a "We'll get back to you" type of response after sending over pictures + multiple emails. Then I learn that they just resell from Aliexpress. just search for phyvalnordic on Aliexpress and you'll find the same lights for much much cheaper. It's a scam.It's not worth it. Get lights somewhere else. It's a cheap popup store selling expensive stuff.
By the title of their reviews one can see these are made up comments. I have not done my homework properly and had to put up with their one person “customer service, logistic personnel etc” who is one woman-does-it-all and mostly nothing. I order 4 items from them to take them with me as I have relocated and ordered them on December 1, 2021, not knowing that they come from China. My flight was on the 22nd of December and the package supposed to be delivered on December 27. She refused to reroute the package to the intial destination and that is all. Two weeks of back-and-forth email conversation resulted in me losing $200. I wish I had been wiser.
