The subscription renewed automatically without any notice. I noticed the charge early and reached out immediately, but despite multiple attempts to cancel, I was told it might still be possible. There's no customer service line, only email. Still, they shipped my order and claimed I received a reminder email, which I never did. Their customer service is full of excuses and conflicting information, making it difficult to refuse packages and pursue refunds. This is not care; it's a money grab. Be cautious if you choose to do business with this company. They don't honor timely cancellation requests and complicate the process unnecessarily.
UPDATE: The company reached out promptly after my complaint. They addressed the issue and provided steps to resolve it. They also asked about my previous adverse experience. My earlier frustration was due to a different company providing poor service. It was refreshing for this company to break that cycle. I canceled and was billed again this month - so I canceled once more, noting the previous cancellation. They then locked me out of my account, forcing me to contact my bank to file a claim. This is unacceptable, and I hope a class action lawsuit occurs against these practices. I had no idea this was common, but going forward, I'm done with these subscription services. Just imagine the profits they make while many people won't fight back.
