Review Time
This company took money out of my bank account and called me threatening me. When I emailed the company, they said that I don't have any loans with them and none of my information is in the system. Yet, they refuse to reimburse the $72.66 they withdrew from my bank account. I have them a chance to rectify the problem, and they refused to fix it. They just want to keep my money when I don't even have a debt with them. Very unprofessional. RCMP Fraud Department, Police, and a lawyer have been contacted.UPDATE: You claim to have "proof" I received the payment? I have the emails from your company stating I DON'T HAVE A LOAN WITH YOU!! Those emails have been sent to Anti-Fraud Canada, my Regional Police, and my bank (which has now listed your company as a fraudulent company). I gave your company a chance to rectify this and you refused to refund my bank account and refused to do anything. SCAMMERS!! FRAUDS!!
Have been waiting for a response for a week. They refuse to give me any response. I was told I could pay my last payment & receive funds from a new contract which was signed & returned. Paid my last payment, which they then charged me again & now refuses to respond. Predatory activity.
This place sucks they lie and try to charge you extra. My loan was done on 18th I had payment one partial payment left they took 215 out of account and also for one my payments I told them I will send a payment by e-transfer and accepted and they debited my account two days later and charged NSF
They lied to me. I had one payment that didn't go through, and they put a block on my name. I contacted them about this and they said as soon as the payment was made they would remove the block. I made the payment and now they are refusing to remove the block on my name and keep saying that once the next payment goes through they will. When the email CLEARLY states that as soon as the late payment was made it would be lifted. I am not impressed at all. I even have pictures of the conversation and they are still going back on what they said, saying that the email says something else. Edit: one payment was late because I didn't know it was coming out the day that it did, I did not miss numerous payments, also you guys put a block on my name so I can't apply for anything from anywhere else. I made the late payment because the email says and I quote "e-transfer is for the missed payment, ensuring your payment will go through will lift the block" The payment did go through. I checked with my bank. And the block is still on my name.
