Review Time
My only comment is while they did a good job in responding to my call for Help, The calls they made to my contacts were not picked up because they didn’t show “LifeLine” in the caller box but showed something strange from Massachusetts. Since this was in the middle of the night it was ignored by my family.
The Lifeline Operator who answered my call was excellent! She took all of my information and within 5 minutes help was at my door! Ambulance EMT’s were also excellent as well as the firefighters who showed up promptly. Lifeline is now my “best friend” and I will never be without it! Well worth the cost for the peace of mind knowing that professional medical help is just minutes away !
At first I was told they would ship the unit to me within 24 to 48 hours. This did not happen! I did not hear from them for a week. Then a salesman called and came out to my house. He explained the equipment to me and demonstrated it's use to make sure it was working properly. I was impressed with his knowledge and demeaner.
The remote does not work as expected. After all this time and my mother’s last TWO falls we find out the remote must be worn outside of her shirt in order for the fall alert to work! Really! That is not acceptable. It should work regardless of wether it is in or out of her shirt.
