Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. Their customer service people are the rudest people I have ever experienced. I has actually yelled out because I questioned what they were doing. Doubt I will ever get a refund as they keep making excuses.

An AI automated call answering is NOT…

An AI automated call answering is NOT what I have come to expect from LifeLine. The AI did not understand answers - wanted only one word answers and no one older knows how to speak to automated services. So emergency services were incorrectly dispatched. Extremely frustrating. And recd calls next day following up saying emergency services were asked for. Not true. And testing the machine for reset I (users daughter and guardian) got another AI. I had to call back separately to get a live person who was not helpful with my questions about AI and have services changed. Prior to this the service has been what I expected.

I fell on my side porch and couldn't get up

I fell on my side porch a couple of weeks ago while trying to take out my garbage. I wasn't hurt, but I couldn't get up. I didn't have my mobile phone with me. I pushed my Lifeline button. Lifeline sent the fire dept to help me. I am so thankful for Lifeline!

Pleasure to work with ur company & ur customer service team. I have recently relocated where an in-house emergency pendant is furnished to all residents. I was not aware of this until after I moved in (less than two weeks ago). I will no longer need ur services and thank you for great communication with ur patients.Ruth F. I fell and I was unable to get back onto my feet!

I fell, having been in injured in a vehicle accident, I can no longer get back up on my own. With a simple push of a button I had to call on Lifeline to summon help. The Lifeline operator was very supportive that help was on the way. The parametics were able to assist me in getting to my feet and placing me in a chair. Luckily I wasn't injured, bruised and sore yes, but still able to get around on my own after they left. I don't know what I would have done without Lifeline being there.

It has ai test system that lets you know how you're doing . It does take awhile to adjust to a full

I'm having a problem opening my well. I have neuropathy and a non-easy clasp is difficult. I always wear my mask - even for a nap! Don't sleep well without it on. I love the smaller size and I have a So Clean to help me out.
