3 MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING!!!!This is frustrating as I’ve emailed and all I get is an apology it will come soon. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn’t have purchased anything. This was a gift for my daughter who is struggling with mental health after losing her partner. She gained so much weight as it took a toll on her mentally so the reason for this purchase was to help her get back on track physically and mentally keep her occupied. I spent over 3K and it’s disappointing that it’s taking this long. Please do better!!!!
I had a positive experience at Lifespan Fitness, placing an order for home gym equipment through their Wetherill Park branch in NSW. The staff were attentive and assisted with processing my order quickly. The equipment was delivered within a reasonable timeframe and met expectations.
The delivery of the parcel was not good. It was fortunate that we were home because otherwise the parcel would just have been plonked outside our locked gate. We were not contacted about when the delivery was due despite providing contact details. We live rurally so contacting us beforehand was necessary so that we could ensure we were home.The bike has been put together and we are happy with it.
