Received a fixture that was too small for the area I had in mind. It was never installed and now they want me to pay $34 to send it back or try to find a less expensive way to send it back at my expense! If I use their shipping label for $34 my refund will be $62.66 when I paid $96.66 for the light. In addition, they also offered me $25 to keep the light. I will NEVER purchase from them again or recommend them.
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! I need to return a chandelier that is not indicative as the photos on their site and they are refusing to allow a return because it has been installed. Customers MUST INSTALL THE LIGHT to see if it works and displays as shown on their website. The images the use to showcase this light have been retouched. WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
My spudnik modern 15 bubble light fixture is better than I could have dreamed! The company customer service is extremely responsive and quick to result issues. My light fixture looks super expensive and can be found on other sites, but because of their ease in customer service and promptness I will only buy direct from them. I am very glad I tried this company. They are very pleasant and professional.
My new light from lightfixturesusa.com arrived quickly. The glass balls were carefully packaged and none of them broke during transit. The light installation was easy; the balls took a bit of time to hang but now that it’s up I am in love! The light looks way more expensive than it was and is a good dupe. I would definitely order from this company again!
