Review Time
It appears that the lights have been re-packed after a return. One was in polystyrene, had a loose screw that had come away from the shade and wasn't tight when screwed back, and the fixing packet had clearly been opened before. The second lamp was inadequately packed (no polystyrene) and had a chip in the wood. That said, they have been used but not where originally intended, which is disappointing because their style and colour dictated the intended location's paint colour. Hey ho, it is what it is!
A superb selection of lighting that met my criteria at a very competitive price however what impressed me even more was the speed in which the item I ordered was delivered, certainly within the 24 hours as promised. Consequently I will not hesitate to use Lighting Direct again in the future.
Ordered wrong colour table lamp in error. Rang as couldn't print return label at home. Also wanted to order correct colour. Phone quickly answered and offered to post me return label after id booked return online. Also arranged order of correct lamp for me. Label arrived day after. Great service!
