I was given slot 8.00 till 1.00 checked updates which left Durham at 9.15 a half hour away from me no further update by 2.15 the attempted delivery was made at 15.54 surely in this day and age any logistics team can do better? By the way they have kindly given me a slot for today 8 to 6pm so another day wasted i really was looking forward to getting your product but in future I think it’s back to Amazon
