I ordered a pair of boots for $49, and within minutes the price dropped to $39. I contacted them about this, and they assured me they would adjust it to $39, but it still hasn’t shown up on my statement. The boots are of terrible quality! They arrived without shoelaces, and the materials are extremely cheap. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for better quality.
Returning is nearly impossible. The support team is very slow to respond, and when they do, they ask for information or pictures instead of offering a return option. You definitely won’t want to keep this item, as it looks like it came from a discount store.

They just didn’t send me the model I’ve purchased and now they don’t want to refund me, only offering 5% discount to keep these ugly things they shipped me… and if I want a full refund, I have to pay for the shipping fees… and, they never offered me to ship the right pair of boots, which make me feel that they just don’t exist! Don’t buy from them!

Do not order from them unless you want to get something that you did not order and then they will refuse to give you a refund unless you pay the cost to ship it back! They sent me an entirely different top than what I had ordered. I ordered a sweater and I got something that does not resemble a sweater at all! They would never take responsibility for their error. Terrible customer service!

will their shop scan says my order was delivered but have not received anything yet and keep emailing and keep getting same message saying they are looking into it and working on my order, so hoping I did not get scammed here. Have anyone else had problems with this company?
