Is this a legit company?

will their shop scan says my order was delivered but have not received anything yet and keep emailing and keep getting same message saying they are looking into it and working on my order, so hoping I did not get scammed here. Have anyone else had problems with this company?

I would love to give them a negative 5

I would love to give them a negative 5. I reached out and they responded so that gave me so trust until they broke it by not resolving the problem. Purchased boots from them for the holiday and ordered early as to not hit the rush so they wouldn't get lost in the mail. Really upset by this we want to have trust in people ( companies) and hope they do good but I guess not.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Everything about my experience with lilyhil.com was bad. Despite being told my item would arrive in "8 to 15 days," it took 45 days and (a dozen emails to their customer service email address) to arrive. Long enough to no longer need it - so I requested a return/refund. And while their return policy sounds nice on their website, do not expect them to honor it. The only way I can get my money back - if they keep their promise, which, until now, they have failed to do on every front - is if I pay the shipping charges to mail the item to HONG KONG. This company is either a scam, or it's so poorly run and cares so little about its customers that being a scam would be an improvement. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS.
