Everyone We have bought Lindt Choclates for were really Delighted Thankyou Could you now make Vegan box of Chocolates as Bars havent same effect just another bar Vegan Chocolate To give my Son Got at Least another order for Big box of Special delightful Chocolates as Christmas presents Big Thankyou
I ordered 7 tins of Lindt chocolates, unfortunately only 6 were delivered.There wouldn’t have even been enough room in the box for 7 tins I had to phone customer service several times, plus the 5-6 emails I sent.I got an email back to say they will refund me, apparently Lindt, don’t send out replacements.Yesterday I spoke to a lovely young lady in customer services, she was very helpful & understanding.She said she would ask the warehouse if they would resend me a tin, but they refused as it’s not company policy!She offered 10% off (1.20) if I reordered, said to contact them when I have received the missing tin, I could then reclaim the Postage of £3.99. However, when I went online to reorder the item it says OUT OF STOCK So quite clearly that’s the reason they only put 6 tins in the box in the first place.I wish they had told me that right at the beginning That would have saved me the 3 hours of my life, that I’m never going to get back!!Trust me, at my age every hour is precious & I don’t want to waste it by phoning & emailing a company to sort out a problem they have created.I have also got to wait up to 14 days to get my refund Absolute joke!!Unfortunately due to a severe disability I am unable to go out shopping.I won’t be shopping online with Lindt ever again.Judging by the reviews on trust pilot, Lindt should be concerned about losing customers.I think a shake up in your warehouse is needed & some customer service agents, could do with some training the first guy I spoke to assured me he had just sent me an email. Erm, 🫤 No you didn’t bother just wanted me off the phone.I’m so cross & very disappointed that you treat loyal customers, with such disrespect
