Original order was delivered and invoiced perfectly , however an additional delivery was sent that was not ordered. Having contacted customer service to advise of the error received an AI response that requested photos of the goods which had been listed in my original message , all I wanted was to know is does Lindt want the chocolates back if so arrange a collection or not.
Fantastic use of birthday voucher!I had almost forgotten that I had sign up for Lindt and I read in my email that my coupon was expiring on the day. I used and ordered a little bit more as they also had something on sale on but I do wish there was a Lindt closer where I am so I could've gotten other flavours we wanted. I could order up some but I want to do the assortment on my own cos we gravitate to certain flavours. Website was quite easy to use and delivery was as expected. Would purchase again if our cravings aren't satisfied! And it might be sooner than anticipated.
