I placed 3 orders by mistake of the Lindt Santa 1kg. Cancelled 2 orders straight away but they still were dispatched and my card charged. I really only wanted 2 of the Lindt Santa 1kg but with all 3 orders being sent and charged to my card they all arrived.4 Lindt Santa 1kg arrived and 3 were broken, I contacted Lindt but have had no reply at all. Having received a reply from Lindt and the promise of a refund and a replacement 1kg Santa I have not reviewed neither a refund or replacement 1kg Santa even though I have send many emails.
