I put an on-line order in on Sunday 28th September for three jars of Lindt chocolate spread (£27.45 with delivery). A message flashed up saying the order was not successful and to try again. I tried again, same message, and again. Again it failed. However, the order had actual gone through three times and I had to pay for nine jars. I tried calling Lindt and submitted two forms to ask for two orders to be cancelled. It has been almost three weeks and I have still have had no response but have nine jars of chocolate spread at at cost of £82.35. Disgraceful. Order numbers: 100001573022, 100001573028 and 100001573025. Worst customer service ever. It was a Lindt error on their website yet I could not cancel the incorrect orders.
Order #100001568192 - still missing a box of chocolates. Six attempts to contact customer service - no resolution, no response. Please review phone calls and tickets number 210752, 212679, 215923, 224707.Yet under my previous Trustpilot reviews, Lindt keeps posting the same cheerful copy-paste: “Our customer service team has been in touch.”Really? With whom exactly? There’s been no email, no call, no message - nothing but silence and public pretence. It seems Lindt’s idea of customer care is to perform it in the comments section for optics, not in real life for customers.At this point, the only thing missing more than my chocolate is accountability. Extremely poor and disappointing.
