Review Time
I ordered 4 items from the online store but only received one. There is no contact number available for customer support therefore I have used the online form. I have had no response. So I am left being £66 out of pocket and unable to sort out the issue.
Product contents melted and smeared inside packaging. After a month of determined attempts to get Lindt to engage (they are appalling), on 9 September they wrote, "I have issued a full refund for your order .... The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days." No refund received and two follow-up emails sent to them a few days ago have simply been ignored. They are the gold standard in atrocious customer service.Update 8 October: never received the promised refund: this company's customer service team operates like a third world business unit.Update 15 October: Lindt has appended a response to say that they understand their customer service team has been in touch to resolve the matter. They have not. The promised refund has never been received. This is tantamount to dishonesty. Lindt's response on here is simply to fool readers who rely upon these reviews that they care about their service level: they do not. Shame on Lindt.
I am very pleased to become a member of the Lindt chocolate club. It’s the only way I can ensure that I have my regular supply of Lindor double choc balls which my local supermarkets no longer stock.
