Review Time
I have received my order with items missing. I ordered 7 boxes of Lindor Lindt balls and only received 4. The day the package arrived I contacted Lindt which was the 16th September and I am still waiting for a reply. I have since left 2 telephone messages and I have sent another email. Needless to say I have not been contacted and my problem has not been resolved. So no I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Bought a box of chocolates lovely box but there was a mark on the box because it was for a birthday present I asked for a replacement lid that had the mark but I had no answer at all so I’m very disappointed in a big company that can treat they customers like this
Late delivery and incomplete order. No communication from them regarding late delivery, and no communication about refunding missing part of order.What we did receive was excellent, but I'd avoid in future knowing how bad the customer care is.
Wrong order was sent to me. I was sent a bunch of variety packs when all I eat is dark chocolate. And the value of my order surpasses the value of the products sent to me. I tried to get some customer service on this issue but Lindt has been unresponsive. This was since last week Friday, till today I have been unable to get a response from anybody at the company.This has been very frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received especially since I am a loyalty card member.
