I ordered two dresses that seemed attractive on the website. Although the order arrived on time, I was thoroughly disappointed by the quality. Both dresses appeared to be high-quality fabric online, but the actual items were substandard. The company accepted my return and assured a refund upon receipt. However, the shipping costs were higher than the price I paid for the dresses. I cannot recommend this company and will advise others to stay away from ordering from them. The items seem mass-produced with cheap materials. Please think twice before making a purchase, as the quality depicted online is misleading. I didn’t expect couture, but I did expect a presentable product, which I ultimately did not receive.

I wasn't expecting high fashion, but I did expect a decent product, which I did not receive.
The items labeled as elegant were far from it. The satin pants that looked sophisticated online were the cheapest, thinnest, unlined, and unflattering pants, while the matching top was so sheer it was practically see-through. I ordered a red faux-lined fur hood cape, but it arrived in an orange-red shade, and the white fur hood was the same incorrect color. This was not even the right item, alongside two others I purchased for nearly $200—absolutely not worth it. Additionally, I had to pay to ship everything back to another country, and that had to be done within five days of receiving the items! Unprofessional and feels like a scam!
This has been the worst experience. Poor quality, items not matching the pictures, wrong items received, and no way to return for a refund. It took over a month to get my package, despite paying for expedited shipping! If someone claims it’s not their company, I have proof of payment showing otherwise!
I placed an order in April, and now it’s mid-July with no package. After looking into it, I found that the company didn’t include the full address, making it undeliverable. They won't respond or replace my items despite their mistake. Not recommended.
Dishonest, untrustworthy, and fraudulent. A delivery person dropped off a bag with a poorly made shirt that looks like something a grandparent would wear. No response to emails, no tracking number. It’s unacceptable that this company is being promoted on social media!
