Review Time
In the last four returns, it has taken 3 to 5 weeks for any action, and I've had to follow up for a refund each time. There’s no explanation for the unacceptably long processing times. The most recent refund took over 5 weeks to process. The company really needs to enhance its Returns Policy, as these delays appear to be a common problem.
This was my first order, and I'm very happy. The ordering process was simple, and delivery was swift. I'm delighted with the relaxed shirt in pistachio. I'm glad I sized down to an 8 instead of my usual 10. The fabric is lovely and soft, looking casual yet elegant. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't comment on that.
The clothes are lovely, but the refund process is too lengthy. I've given them the benefit of the doubt several times, but I won't be ordering from the website again. I always have to follow up for a refund at least once, and I'm still waiting for my early December order to be credited—this is unacceptable.
I tried the jeans in a store while exploring many others! The quality, fit, and comfort of these organic cotton jeans were immediately noticeable. I needed dark navy, so I ordered directly from the company, and the customer service was very accommodating. I believe this will become my new favorite brand! Extremely satisfied!
The support team has been amazing. A courier failed to deliver my parcel, and my item (a pair of jeans) appeared to be lost, but the company quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent via a different courier. I had a similar issue with another service, and their customer service response was notably lacking.
