Review Time
I am a fan of the club but I have recently had a bad experience with the online shop. I ordered two items couple of week ago for Christmas. Hermes lost the originals, made several phone calls to the online shop team. They tried to tell me the goods had been delivered as they had a signature. They then spoke to Hermes and they said it was a mis-scan and they would re-deliver the following day. On the 13th of December I made another phone call saying the goods had still not been delivered. I was assured that the goods would be Despatched that day and I would get them Monday/Tuesday of this week. As of yet they have not been despatched. 😡 I have emailed them and as of yet had no reply. Not happy.
If you like overpriced tacky theme park souvenirs this is your place. If you want true pieces of the lifeblood of Liverpool FC get on one of the independent retailers selling there stuff in and around the ground and on line if you can, if lfc haven’t driven them out.
Best club in the world but a let down on customer services. Spent £250 on kits for my grand kids for their holidays promised they would be here in time but arrived a week late with a pair of shorts missing. Still waiting for a reply to my email
Great club, loads of history, but nowadays all a bit too commercial. More like Disney than LFC. Much like a theme park, the shops are full of overpriced novelties that you will regret buying within an hour. If you can get to a game you will have to pay a fortune to get in, usually involving a package that includes a meal that works out at maybe £50 or more, for a fast food burger and fries type meal. You have to know the right people to just get a normal ticket, but even then it will be at least £60. Still, 4 stars because all the Premier League clubs are going like this now.
