Ordered a Jersey off the online store 3 weeks ago to ship to Ireland. Jersey was dispatched in a timely fashion but their choice of courier company's is an absolute joke. Not only are they using the worst rated courier company in Britain, but also use the worst courier company in Ireland also. Typical FSG business model of charge through the teeth for the product they are selling and use the cheapest sh!t they can after the money has been taken. Fastway couriers have the package down as delivered but no attempt has been made to do so
Liverpool Tour- The tour was fantastic the staff doing the tour were also really friendly. You could go around the stadium at your own pace and stay as long as you needed. However it was ruined by the rude lady at the photo part there was an older lady and younger lady they were rushing everyone through. Our turn the older lady pulled a face to another customer as we were looking at the pictures wasnt very happy with the picture so two of the group walked away however my 10 year old son wanted one so i said to the lady i cant see the pictures she said no i thought you didnt want one sorry too late and made a comment to her college pulling a face my son was very disappointed and ruined the experience she was rude and don’t expect to be treated that way.
Absolute joke, became a club member, then they decided to stop my membership but not refund me. So i've paid but don't get any of the benefits. They say they have refunded me but i've received no money and all they tell me is to check with my bank. My bank have confirmed no money has been refunded but Liverpool FC don't care. They take your money but you get nothing in return. Waste of time being a member anyway as you can't get access to tickets as you would have had to go to a game 3 years ago to get tickets to a current game against Derby County. It's virtually impossible to get tickets. The club is a joke and the customer service is a bigger joke. Don't let them take your money like they did with me
The club are not happy with taking massive profits for the merchandise… they also insist of ripping us off with massive profits on the postage, huge postage yet they use Hermes , the cheapest and worse parcel delivery company in the U.K. !Shameful…rip off of loyal fans !
