Season ticket renewal at ground , queues of people and one counter open , After 40 minutes wait, second window opens , first thing asked "why aren't you renewing on line ?" Explanation given,which I don't think she should have needed then said quite abruptly can renew season ticket but can't do auto cup renewal would have to arrange a call ? What! Is this another way if getting you to go online , pushing older season ticket out
Just absolutely treat fans like mugsI have a hospitality ticket to Liverpool v Nottingham Forest. I have read the update and spoke to your customer service teams and quite frankly its unacceptable the approach the club are taking. I understand completely that the stand isnt ready but its so hard to get a ticket that a refund doesnt work. Perhaps if you guys could see the face of a 7 year old when you tell him his birthday present is cancelled and the club can do nothing then you would understand the hurt it causes. We've paid fan cards for 2-3 years and got nothing in the ballots. Weve ended up going for hospitality tickets on his birthday just to get him over for a game this season and this ruining of his birthday is perhaps worse than the £400 we have thrown away on the cost of flights.Simply giving me a purchase credit WONT be sufficient! as i will never get enough games to get high enough up the queue for me and my so to get to a match.There needs to be a guarantee of a ticket in someway. Either a non hospitality one in the future at a regular cost or to another seat in the ground for this match. A simple refund is not useful to me AT ALL!
Wouldn’t even give a 1 tbh I’ve never had issues with c.service but just lately there rubbish pictures on the site are not the same as item ordered apparently the duvet sets you can tumble dry on low and in the same description it says do not tumble dry I’m still waiting on a reply some something else absolutely rubbish carry on and I won’t buy that’s simple now got to send 2 items back as no reply from these so I’ll just get a refund AGAIN 😡
Their membership programme is a scam. AVOID. You pay £35 for a "welcome pack" that never arrives. You then see that your membership will only ever get you one ticket. So you have to either get a friend or family member to sign up and pay another £35 or go to the games alone (if you can get a ticket, which you can't). I can't go alone as I have autism and don't do well in crowds by myself.I explained all this to them and they said that, as I was over the 14 days, I couldn't get a refund. I checked and it was 3 days over. I explained all the above and that I never recieved the "welcome pack" either. They don't care. Literally only after the money from loyal fans. Please avoid them at all costs. Their membership scheme needs a complete overhaul and their internal business practices are nothing short of archiac.Several emails back and forth and nothing is happenin. SCAM
Horrendous service from the online shop.Placed an order and paid for premium 2 working days delivery £6.99. Now on day 5 and the order is still showing as being processed hasn't even been dispatched. The items have been chosen by my 7 year old to give his Dad on Fathers Day. They now won't be here and he has no gifts for him.Tried to contact by the online form and it says 48 hours to reply. Got through on online chat who were useless and said I have to wait for an email! I asked for an email address to log a complaint and was given the online form again. I asked again for the email address and received a reply saying to wait for the email and the chat function was terminated there end.
I purchased 1 adult and 2 child fan cards and tried all year but not been able to purchase 1 match ticket. Instead I've paid the best part of £100 for a couple of pencil cases, a poster and a cheap drinks bottle. This is how life long local fans are treated. I've no idea why season ticket holders, who are already attending the game, are given priority to purchase an extra 4 tickets which they can sell on.
