My husband and son are disabled

My husband and son are disabled, we shielded for 18 months because of covid 19, and my son has been a loyal supporter of Liverpool FC, and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we have no transport or support nearby to help us, and my son could not afford Liverpool FC membership fees, because he can not work because of his disability, he really wanted to go to Wembley stadium to the caraboe cup , to support Liverpool FC, and to see his grandfather and grandmother as they live near Wembley stadium, he has not seen them for a very long time, he feels that the rules are unfair, because of covid 19 we could not go on public transport as his dad is clinically extremely vulnerable, and I struggle to go most places to because of my eyes and feet , he is absolutely gutted

Tour of Anfield

Tour of Anfield is a great experience, Guides are full of knowledge and very witty. Never once was rushed to move along and could take as many photos and videos as you liked.Well worth a visit for Liverpool fans or just football fans in general.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Wouldn't respond to emails about my lfc shirt I ordered before season started. Took them 2weeks to reply after many many emails and then wouldn't even compensate for their mistake, just a BS excuse. Terrible from such an iconic football club and if they want me to go to sports direct to help Newcastle out I'm happy to 🤣 lfc online will not get my business again

Always deliver quickly …

Purchased about 3x from this company and always had fab service. Just ordered again for my husband’s birthday in January. Liverpool One store great. Friendly staff all willing to help you and advise. Don't know much about the sizes for kids but young polite gentleman in store advised and helped me, when I got the kits home were all fitting perfectly.Recommended. Kids love them

Top quality products and great variety

Have been buying online and at the club shop for years. In all that time never had a problem with sizes or quality.In the club shop, even on a match day I’ve found the staff very helpful.The stadium tour is a must for any reasonable minded football fan. Take off your blinkers and just enjoy Anfield for the history and magic of the place.
