For our wedding we ordered rings with two personalized names. The rings are simply gorgeous and perfect our special day. Ordering was easy, customer service was excellent, and delivery was quicker than expected. It's amazing how much love and patience goes into each piece. We will definitely order again and can only recommend this jewelry to anyone who is looking for something unique.

I wouldn't even be giving a 1 star if the was was a 0 I received the necklace but couldn't even see a picture in it They told me to run water over it but that didn't help Iv ask for a pre paid packaging to be sent to me so I can send this necklace back and get a refund 9 times they have sent me the same message telling me to run it under water now they r ignoring all my emails I will never ever buy from this company again they say it's a UK company and after they have ur money it says it's coming from China This was for a present for Xmas for some one who lost there husband Disgraceful custmor service 13 emails and ignoring meAll I want it to get my money back but it's proving impossible I'm being told because it was personally done for me that I can't get a refund even tho the Necklace looks like it has shattered inside I wish I could put a picture up of it
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Company don’t disclose they are abroad until after purchase or in the small print. Based in Germany, products come from china even personalised ones. Delivery longer than stated. No way to contact company as email and Facebook messages go unread or no response. Took money very quick after order. Having to go through my bank and get them to fight for money back. Do not touch this company at all they should not be allowed to trade!!
