What a disappointment! I’ve been scammed I ordered a necklace for wife and the quality was poor the tags on the item were difficult to read ! I wasn’t able to return it was against policy ! Worst of all I found the same necklace on AliExpress for £7:99 and I just paid £60 what a rip off
The customer service is absolutely dreadful. After sending an email, I received a response indicating that processing would take up to 7 days. However, after waiting 14 days, there was still no reply. It seems they deliberately delay responses until the return deadline is missed, just to keep the funds. I won't be using this service again.
I ordered a star sign bracelet that looked delicate and charming in the pictures. First, I was unaware it was being shipped from overseas; when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the advertisement. The chain was entirely different, and the charm quality was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this site.
My order didn't show up when it was supposed to. I reached out to customer service and received an automatic reply stating it might take 14 days for a response. Then, I got an email saying it had been shipped and delivered before I even placed the order… I would not recommend this service.

I ordered a personalized necklace as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. Since then, I've heard nothing. No communication or delivery confirmation. After emailing a query, I received a reply a week later, stating there was an error with the personalization and they needed to remake the order. Still no delivery date confirmed. I would steer clear.
