I ordered a personalized engraved heart necklace for my daughter. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but the reviews seemed positive. However, the necklace I received was disappointing; it looks cheap and poorly constructed, and the engraving is impossible to read. A total letdown and a waste of money.
The item did not arrive within the timeframe stated on the website. It arrived nearly 7 weeks after ordering. Customer service was unresponsive despite several emails, and the tracking app was unhelpful as it auto-archived after a month. Once I demanded a full refund, my item arrived within 10 days! The necklace itself is lovely, of good quality, and the engraving matches the picture perfectly. However, due to the poor customer service and delivery issues, I wouldn't use this service again.
