Well first off I have no idea how I got to liftwisp or what it is. Had never heard of it, however the second I realized it was not what it was supposed to be and had charged me for something completely different than what I thought I was doing - I'm reached out to customer service and Brenda was GREAT. Quickly responded, and addressed the situation; agreed to my terms and cancellation, moved everything forward for me. Thank you Brenda!!
