2 packages sent. I annuled but they dont return the money. The second one returned to destination without delivered and despite packlink admits its not justificated, they dont return money, they blame everything on the customer. Will put a formal complaint
After 3 weeks of the package being delivered to the customer I (the sender) receive a mail from them saying UPS found the declared measurements wrong and has adjusted the measurements and charged a second payment which was double the cost of the delivery! They further wanted proof to from me to confirm the measurements of the parcel! Clearly in their adjustment claim it's visible that they have measured the length of the box as the width! The shipping price was too good to be true and it is! They scammed the me by claiming additional charges for the package!

Don't even think to book a shipment with them!If you want to risk your shipment not arriving - or arriving WEEKS late - while being denied any kind of refund, go right ahead and have fun!They even went so far as to declare the goods I shipped as "Prohibited" and "Restricted" (flour!), referring me to some imaginary internal rules that basically allow them to reject any package without refund simply because… that’s how they see it.Ridiculous, unprofessional, and to be avoided like the plague if you don’t want to waste time, money, and customers. Never again!
This company is totally scammed, I use them for shipping a while, and the send me email that Fedex found my package over weight, a package that was 1kg which I use a package bag 35cx4cmx45cm they told the package was weight 22.1kg ,how can this size of package contain such a kilograms,they ask for proof, I send them the picture, weight and the measurement, they told me they have confirmed the mistake, later one of the presentive email me still asking me to pay the money,which is 102€,even not only this package many package, which they're claiming over weight, asking me to pay,I have send all my proof of the shipping but they ignored me, while asking me to pay,if not they will take a legal way to collect the money from me,I also asked them to send me the picture of my package, which they claim over weight, but they didn't provide me anything. If you don't want trouble just avoid this company.
I booked a FedEx shipment through Packlink from Germany to Switzerland because it was shown as 2-day delivery (my order confirmation stated delivery on 24 Dec after pickup on 22 Dec).FedEx picked up the parcel on 22 Dec, but it was delivered only on 30 Dec — after Christmas — which completely defeated the purpose of paying for a fast service.I contacted Packlink immediately and opened a complaint, but I received no meaningful help and no refund. Their response was that I had booked “Regional Economy” and that the service wasn’t guaranteed. The issue is that during checkout this was not clearly disclosed: there was no transparent estimated range (e.g., 2–5 business days). It was presented as 2 days / a specific delivery date.Very disappointing experience: unclear information, ineffective support, and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend Packlink if you have time-critical deliveries.
Act as a middle man, their own admission over chat, skimming off profits without providing anything of value. Only their dubious relationship with ebay guarantees them a lifeline.Offer very little in customer service. Their courier and supplier, made a claim that addresses don't exist if the driver cannot find it on google maps. Even though their system validates a known address. AND the first driver left a card at the address they couldn't find. Then charge you for a return the same price as the original booking fee. Packlink's response; we are just the go-between, nothing we can or will do.My advice, book direct and avoid this waste of your money, time, and sanity.
NEVER AGAIN!!! They sent me an exorbitant invoice, like 3 times the cost of my cost of the parcel, because FedEx told them that the package was heavier than i declared. I have used this company for years and i never once lied on the measurements and weight. They ask you to provide a proof that you did not lied, like a photo of the parcel on a scale and measured (but I never took photos, my bad apparently) but i haven't received a photo from FedEx declaring the contrary as well. I told them to send me the proof of FedEx and I will pay (maybe I did a mistake) but they never answered me; They repeated the "rules" but never provided proof. In the meanwhile the money was token from my account directly without my consent and impossible to block it bxs for my bank and PayPal i have given consent somewhere by accepting their rules. I have no problem on paying if did a mistake, even if, it is really a lot more ( a bit exaggerated and taking advantage of) but they never gave me the proof, they never replied to me and left me with a feeling of frustration and anger towards them. I am very disappointed. I will never use this company again!
Claimed 2 of my parcels on the same day were over weight. When I tried to appeal the process was to send photos of the parcel on a scale. I send hundreds of parcels a month. The idea that I would have time to take several photographs of every parcel and keep a huge library or these is ridiculous. I provided as much evidence as possible showing the exact item weight and the weight of the box I used. They decided to completely ignore me. Now I need to move my label printing to another service like parcel2go.
