FRAUD. I designed our logo, ordered business cards and polo shirts. The cards came, the shirts never did. I checked on it about once a month and it was still in production. I contacted customer service since it still says in production after three months. Customer service said, sorry, your order is over 60 days old, they will not do anything about it. Just keep my money, but my order will not be re-ordered or refunded. They did offer me 15% off my next order, NICE. Like I would ever do business with a fraudulent company like them, AGAIN.Here is their second response:Hi Crystal,We do understand your concern.Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a reorder or a refund for the items that have passed 60 days from the purchase date. This is the reason we request you to get back to us within 60 days from the purchase date if there are any issues with the delivery of the products. While we can't do a courtesy reorder or refund, we are happy to provide you with a 25% discount towards reordering the same items. Please let me know if you would like to use this offer, and I will gladly provide you with a promotional code.Once again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.If you have any issues please feel free to contact us.Kind Regards,Mervin S. COMPLETE FRAUD....BUSINESS CARDS WERE SENT WITH THE WRONG NUMBER ON THEM..COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE..FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND WAS TOLD LAST WEEK THAT NEW CARDS WOULD BE SENT OUT..NEVER ARRIVEDTRIED USING THE CHAT SERVICE, BUT IT TOOK 4 TRIES, AND STILL NORESOLUTION,ASKED FOR A REFUND, AND I KEEP BEING TOLD SOMEONE IS WORKING ON IT.I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE..THEY WILL NOT RESPOND...FAIR ENOUGH..FRAUD AND THEFT\update;I believe in fairness.After many threats, and these reviews, they FINALLY refunded my money. The service is horrendous, but in the end, I got my money back
This is my 3rd review to no avail from logo maker. I have sent 9 emails as of now asking for a refund of the items I have not received and they send me the same email every time " Thank you for your patience, a supervisor is looking into your situation and we will contact you when we know more". In my last review on trust pilot a supervisor exclaimed how sorry he was and he would look into the situation and was looking forward to a reply from me. LOL.. Where am I to reply? I tried sending yet another email. Their website states they will give a full refund within 30 days, however, they are crooks.. I cant even get a refund on the items I never received. I guess I will have to contact my bank and let them know this company committed fraud. They wont contact you via phone because they have ripped off too many people. If your reading this review don't be fooled by their response stating how sorry they are.. they just send a" sorry" email or response to try and get you off their back. How hard is it to get a refund for items you didn't receive?????? They send an email through trust pilot asking for the email and phone number associated with the account and I send it every time. So, i guess its time to report them to the better business bureau and I WILL contact my bank. This so called business has put my business on hold waiting for fictious products they state were delivered to me and they have cost me money from what they have stolen from me and the money I had to use to get my products made else where. Furthermore, they have cost me business, time and aggravation.
I have now requested a refund for the items I have not received 2 and a half months ago now 7 times via email and keep getting a reply of a supervisor is reviewing your case. I've asked to speak to a representative by phone but no surprise, they dont have a phone number , why would they? They rip people off and then hope you will just not pursue it. In my case they have told me my stuff was re-ordered and should have been here 3 weeks ago. Guess what??? Once again I never got anything .. I don't want or need the items any longer. I'm a small business owner who needed my business cards and business hats in December...I just want my money back . So, fair warning; don't use Logmaker as they just scam you.
