Possibly the worst and most unhelpful customer support I have ever experienced. Literally constant emails back and forth with little or no understanding or effort to understand the issue. And basically in the end in so many words, telling me to go elsewhere if I have an issue. Absolutely 2nd rate
I paid 145 for hats tshirts and polo shirt 2 months ago. Nothing has arrived but a bogus tracking number that never updates . Go some were local to get your orders quicker. . They said 10 business days and I anticipated have the products for my company opening announcement. The failed me as a small business owner.
Ordered $200 worth of hats. Order never came. I chatted with an online rep and was told even though they couldn't prove the order was actually delivered, no refund or replacement order...so sad, too bad. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. I was just about to place a large order for another business...so sad, too bad. Use them ONLY if you like to give away $200 to get nothing in return.UPDATE: A representative reached out to me and made a very fair resolution to my problem. I have now changed my star rating from 1 to 4 and will place another order.
Horrble service. I have been waiting for an order for 2 months. I keep being told it's in production, the manager forgot to reorder, or it will be there in 10 business days. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I don't mind a legimate delay, I hate being lied to!
