The design is sleek, the materials feel premium, and they’re super comfortable to wear.There was a small hiccup with the shipping (no fault of Lohause, just the delivery company), but Steve F from customer support was incredibly helpful and kind. He handled the situation quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience even better.Highly recommend Lohause both for their products and their service. Got the Spike Tortoise Sunglasses from Lohause and I’m obsessed. The quality is unreal, solid, well-made, and they just look amazing. I’ve been wearing them pretty much every day since they arrived, and without fail, someone will ask me where they’re from or say something about them. They really do stand out.Also, their customer support? Genuinely great. Quick replies, super friendly and just easy to deal with, which is rare these days.Very happy customer here. Sarah, in particular, was outstanding—she kept me informed with kindness and clarity, and her follow-up once the frames arrived showed genuine customer care.The product is exactly what I was hoping for, and the customer service turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a positive experience.It’s refreshing to deal with what a small brand that values its customers so sincerely. I am very happy with my experience! The glasses frames are of excellent quality, and even my optician in Germany was impressed by them. Everything was delivered promptly, and shipping to Germany was no problem at all.I ordered three frames to try on and ended up keeping two because they were so beautiful! Communication via email in English was great—quick responses to all my inquiries. The return process for the third frame was well-organized via FedEx, and I received my refund minus the agreed-upon fees, which were clearly communicated in advance.Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this shop! 😊
This has been one of the most challenging experiences. Not only have they avoided refunding me around £400 for the full cost of the glasses as when I received them they were bent and really really big. I have returned them and 3 months later they are withholding the refund for the “frames” they agreed to refund me. They ignore my messages and still have not processed anything to do with money back to me. If you want to return your glasses because of whatever reason, be aware about this company. The customer service have ignored me for months and even when they have confirmed they have received it they still are yet to provide me with any money back. The glasses themselves could be a better quality as for the price you’d believe they would be what you are paying for. I’ve only left about 3 reviews that could be more positive in my life and this is one of them I’m adding to that list. Customer service and overall decency could be improved, also refunding a customer within a reasonable time period or even refunding them at all would be great.
