If I could give zero stars I would..This company gladly took $200 bucks from me, and basically ghosted me for trying to fix my order. Make sure you read the fine print before ordering these awful glasses because most of them are kid sized. If you happen to order them and want help exchanging, they will never contact you back. No customer service number, just a message page, that they never check. BE CAUTIOUS

Great style and quality

I have now purchased two pairs of frames which I am over the moon with. I love the fact that they reflect my changing mood and what I wear. Both orders were despatched promptly and I know that if I were to have a problem it would be resolved quickly.

The frames look damn good!!!!

I recently ordered my very first pair of Lohause frames and i was blown away by how nice they were:1) The frames were beautifully crafted and fit well.2) I had no idea they were shipping from Portugal, to me all the way in the Bahamas. I assumed they were shipping from the US. I was surprised of the shipping times, suprised how soon they arrived, impressed with how responsive customer service was when I had to make an address correction.3) I normally don't get caught up on packaging and unboxing. But the effort to detail they put into the package, was beyond nice.4) Now i must say im a stylish guy and always dress nice. But everytime, i wear those frames i get compliments on the glasses. it's no mistake, they look damn good.

Lovin my new Winstons!

I just got my new Winston Tortoise prescription glasses and I'm so pleased, the quality is first rate. I must admit, I was apprehensive about getting my prescription filled online but Lohause did a great job. I wear progressives and these are as good as any I've ever gotten. The customer service was prompt and friendly and I got my glasses really fast. The cost was really hard to believe, these glasses were about $300.00 less than the last glasses I purchased. Next, Winston Air sunglasses!
