Delicios cake and timely delivery.I ordered Ruffle Macaron Ivory Cake large for my daughter's birthday. The cake was amazing - soft and moist red velvet sponge with cream cheese filling and buttercream on top. I usually don't like buttercream coating and always remove it from my slice. However, this one was just another level - very delicate and not too sweet, not too heavy. The cake was delivered very fresh. It was still yummy and nice to eat for over a week.
I had a great experience with Lola's Cupcakes; their website and ordering process is very easy and the next day delivery option is a big plus.But what really stood out for me was their Customer Service - I ordered a cake to be delivered to our customer's office but unfortunately there was an issue with the reception accepting the delivery. Lola's Customer Service was very helpful in re-arraning the delivery for the same day and our customer loved the cake!
Lola's cupcakes are not only for Birthdays.It was a fantastic idea to give box of mini cupcakes to doctors and their teams after a successful operation!They loved them during their first tea break! Well done Lola's for sweetener everyone's life!
