We ordered a cake for my Brother in laws Birthday as we were staying in Stratford to watch Abba Vovage. The cake was delicious and the girl that served me was very pleasant. It was well secured in a lovely box and bag to carry it in.I would highly recommend and would order again.
Great service however giving 3 stars because we didn’t enjoy the birthday cake this time. Love Lola’s cupcakes and cakes generally, however found the velvet cake to be very sweet this time. Couldn’t consume it cos it was way too sweet. Had to bin half of it.
Every year Lola’s delivers birthday cakes to family in the UK, live in the US Makes it seamless for me snd my family enjoys Lola’s delicious beautiful cakes. I appreciate that year after year can count on their impeccable service snd quality
Awful company with no integrity or quality. I was delivered a cake that’s almost was improperly decorated. I was offered a £20 refund on a £100 order or given the option for someone to collect the cake and then they would refund the whole amount. My five year old would either be left without a cake or a terribly decorated one and at 3pm the day before a party at 10am I have had no choice but to keep it. I will never use them again.
We ordered the Lilo and Stitch cake for our 3 year old’s birthday party and he absolutely loved it. The design is so cute, the colours are lovely and vibrant and it tasted amazing! All our guests commented on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted.
